Pedrali Wheels. provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser ensuring that the production wheel will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
On the basis of normal use, the billet wheel is guaranteed for 3 years while the painting 1.
Based on this limited warranty, and at the discretion of Pedrali Wheels, any product and / or any part, if defective material or workmanship, can be repaired and / or replaced at no cost to the customer.
The product must be shipped correctly to Pedrali Wheels or authorized dealers..
All costs related to shipping, transport or customs fees are not the responsibility of Pedrali Wheels or authorized distributors.
Pedrali Wheels. is not responsible for the removal or installation of wheels and / or tires.
No warranty must be implied or expressed for any “particular” and / or customized products, installed on a vehicle where this product exceeds production size or weight specifications.
The warranty of Pedrali Wheels does not answer in the following cases:
- Defect, malfunction and / or failure caused by damage to wheels in transit, off-road use, accidents or negligence.
- Wheels that have been altered or repaired in any way.
- Wheels installed without accessories approved by Pedrali Wheels.
- Incorrect tire size applications or used with excessive load.
- Corrosion of wheels or aesthetic defects that occur after purchase due to improper chemical agents, weather conditions, carelessness, incorrect cleaning methods, clips on the weight of the wheel and / or gold paint.
- Appearance defects in wheels fitted after purchase or that have been sold as defective products.
- Transfer of the title of any Pedrali Wheels product from the original purchaser.
- Failure to notify Pedrali Wheels within twenty-four hours of receipt , of any damaged wheels.
- Any Pedrali Wheel purchased in Italy
Returns
All returns must first have a return authorization number from Pedrali Wheels. When transporting the product, be sure to include the original proof of purchase.
The wheels must be shipped with the freight prepaid to Pedrali Wheels. to the following address:
